Keeping the Momentum Going: Happy Hour Coordinator

We had a terrific time at The Summer Meltdown, hosted by Robert Harrison. We want to keep the momentum going and bring back monthly happy hours.

Why it matters: To do so we are going to need a Happy Hour Coordinator.

How it works: We have traditionally had a happy hour on the 3rd Friday of each month. The Happy Hour Coordinator (HHC) is responsible for:

  • Securing a host each month - the easiest part.

  • Marketing the event on Facebook, and our website.

  • Ensuring the hosts are setup for success as their point of contact.

  • Post a happy hour follow up, on our website, and or Facebook.

The bottom line: Happy Hours are the best way to meet new neighbors and catch up with old ones. We want to keep the tradition alive and it’s going to take a team effort.

  • If you ever wanted to be a part of the team that makes WPN go, the HHC is one of the easiest ways to get involved.
