Membership FAQ
Do I have to live in Williams Park Neighborhood to join?
Yes — see above for our boundaries.
Do I have to use the auto renewal membership option?
No. As a convenience we’ve setup auto renewal so that your membership will renew automatically every year, but you can turn off that feature at any time. Simply, log into your website account and turn off the auto renew.
Will I be notified before my card is charged again?
Yes, you will receive email notifications well in advance of auto renewal. At that time you can make any modifications required to your account.
Can I pay by check/cash?
Yes, we can make special arrangements to accept your check/cash payment although we highly prefer that you use our current renewal process in the online store. To request special arrangements please email williamsparkneighbors@gmail.com
Can I use Pay Pal to pay for my membership?
No, we are no longer accepting Pay Pal
Does membership include my entire household?
Yes, when processing your membership online you’ll be asked to list out any additional family members in your household. The $30 membership fee covers an entire household.
How do I get access to WPN’s Facebook group?
Upon joining or renewing your membership online you’ll be asked to provide your Facebook details to allow us to more easily confirm your access to Facebook. After you’ve joined/renewed online hop over to Williams Park Neighbors Facebook page and request access. Please allow 2-3 days for us to grant you access.
